The Athlete Approach App brings the same five-element framework used in 1-1 coaching — movement quality, strength & power, metabolic conditioning, injury reduction, recovery — into a structured app-delivered programme. Programmes run 4 to 12 weeks at 2, 3, 4, or 5 sessions per week, in a gym or on a track, with equipment alternatives provided so the programme works wherever you train.
Two tiers are offered: a Monthly Subscription for full access to programmes, exercise videos, and educational features; and 1-1 Online Coaching for clients who want personalised programming with check-ins and accountability.
