The short answer

What this is

A comprehensive approach to health and performance optimisation. Achieving optimal health and performance is treated as one coordinated programme, not isolated appointments.

  • Designed for clients with limited diary capacity and high coordination needs

How it works

What to expect

Getting started

Bring a list of current providers, current supplementation, recent bloods if available, and any wearable data (HRV, sleep, training load) you collect. The health audit goes deeper if your data is on hand. Allocate 90 minutes for the first audit appointment.

During your sessions

After your sessions

After each appointment in the network, reports are filed centrally. The quarterly review brings training, recovery, supplementation, and provider feedback together so decisions are made with the whole picture rather than fragmented.

Common
questions

Who is the Wellness Concierge for?

High-achieving clients with limited diary capacity who already have several health-related providers but no central coordinator. Common profiles: senior executives, partners at professional services firms, founders, family-office principals, performing artists. The product solves the coordination tax — not the lack of providers.

How is this different from regular personal training?

Regular personal training is one practitioner in one modality. Wellness Concierge keeps personal training as the anchor and adds coordinated work across nutrition, physiotherapy, sports massage, sleep medicine, and mental health where relevant. The programme runs as one coordinated plan rather than five disconnected appointments.

What supplementation is recommended?

Supplementation is individualised — not a generic stack. Quarterly review against bloods (where available) and wearable data (HRV, sleep, training load) shapes the recommended set. Premium products from third-party-tested brands are preferred. Nothing is recommended without a clear mechanism and clear way to measure if it is helping.

Who is in the referral network?

Curated practitioners with whom we have established working relationships and whose work we can vouch for professionally and operationally. Specific names and clinics are shared at the audit stage so referrals are made transparently. Many clients arrive with existing trusted providers; those are kept and integrated rather than replaced.

How does concierge scheduling work?

You give the concierge access to your diary. Appointments are booked, rescheduled, and coordinated to fit around your work calendar. Reports from each appointment are filed centrally, and the next appointment in the chain is briefed on what came before. The aim is one decision per week from you, not five.

Can existing providers be kept?

Yes. Many clients arrive with a long-standing trainer, physio, or nutritionist they want to keep. Those existing relationships are integrated into the coordinated programme rather than displaced — the concierge function is added on top. Where an existing provider is genuinely under-delivering, we will say so honestly, but most existing relationships keep their value.
