Performance coaching for elite athletes — now acceptingGet in touch
Goal

Performance outcomes that compound across decades.

Five-element framework — movement quality, strength & power, metabolic conditioning, injury reduction, recovery — calibrated to your assessment baseline and progressed on what the data actually shows. The aim is sustainable capability that lasts, not short-term peaks that do not.

Targeted outcomes

Run performance

Speed, durability, and economy for runners — from sub-elite track athletes through to first-time marathoners. Sprint mechanics, plyometric capability, and S&C work that complements the road or track programme rather than competing with it. Pre- and post-block testing tracks the metrics that matter: 60m time, vertical jump, repeat-sprint ability.

Strength & conditioning

Bespoke S&C built directly from your baseline assessment. Compound lifts, accessory work targeting asymmetries identified at assessment, and conditioning tied to the current phase. Load and volume progress on bar speed, RPE, and recovery markers — not the calendar. Phase reviews on a defined cadence (typically every 4 to 8 weeks) drive the next move.

Return from injury

Re-introduction to loaded training after a rehab phase is complete. Programmes start where physiotherapy left off — fundamental movement patterns, eccentric control, anterior-posterior balance — and rebuild capacity in stages so the supporting tissues catch up before higher loads are loaded. Pre-existing physio collaboration encouraged; the goal is durable return, not the fastest return.

Race and event preparation

Periodised preparation for a defined event — half marathon, sprint distance triathlon, club race, charity challenge. Twelve to sixteen week blocks structured around your event date with peaking, taper, and the conditioning specific to the demand. The programme respects the event calendar rather than imposing a generic structure on it.

Longevity and resilience

Muscle as the load-bearing organ of long-term health. The framework draws on the literature reframing skeletal muscle as central to metabolic health, fall prevention, and decades-long capability — strength, mobility, and conditioning calibrated for sustainable capability into the fifties, sixties, and beyond. Foundations come first; performance compounds from there.
