Booking and cancellation

Coaching engagements are scheduled directly with Aaron after an initial consultation or scoping call. A deposit may be required for new programmes; deposit policy is confirmed at engagement start. Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice receive a full refund or session credit; cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the session. Repeated short-notice cancellations may be addressed by adjusting payment terms for future bookings. TODO(intake): confirm exact cancellation window and deposit %.

Scope of service

Services offered are personal training, strength & conditioning coaching, performance assessment, and consultancy. Aaron is not a registered medical practitioner; coaching does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for assessment, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified medical or allied-health professional. Where we identify concerns outside our scope, we will refer you to an appropriate practitioner.

Health screening and consent

All clients complete a health-screen questionnaire before any physical activity. We reserve the right to decline coaching where the screen identifies risk factors that we are not equipped to manage safely, and to refer you to a medical practitioner for clearance before resuming. Written informed consent is recorded for any element of the programme that carries elevated risk (sprint loading, plyometric volume, maximal strength testing).

Aftercare and reviews

Coaching engagements include scheduled reviews — typically every 4 to 8 weeks for personal training, termly for school engagements, quarterly for Wellness Concierge clients. Reviews adjust the programme based on data; this is part of the engagement, not a separate charge.

Fees and payment

All fees are quoted at engagement start before any work is performed. Payment is taken according to the agreed schedule (typically monthly or per-block). Accepted payment methods are card and bank transfer. Long-term engagements are typically invoiced in advance per block.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your coaching, please contact us at info@aaronrichardsonpt.com. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to investigate within 14 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
